Ode To Hydration
From friends and leisure I must migrate,
For Sue has said it's time to hydrate.
I'm on the road and in the Zen,
I've drunk a leiter and it's only ten.
On my fifth trip to the bathroom at quarter to two,
I sigh, I hope you're right,my esteemed   coach Sue.
In sleep athletes dream of the Olympic medallion,
I'm just thankful I drank my gallon
