We survived swift Boats,
Transit team bus rolled over,
Sank their dragon boat!


Two firsts and a fourth,
We did well today in race,
This calls for a fifth!


Give our coaches thanks!
We did the job in the boats,
They gave us the tools .

Jasmine loose again!
Heidi and Jim chased her down,
Brought her back to Bill.

Reuben got attacked!
Rottweiler on flexie leash,
Mauled his neck and ears.

Laura Lines comments,
Negatively toward our team,
Ayla flipped the bird!

Fun was had by all,
In the boats and in the tents,
Paul wore yellow socks!

We all did our best,
Positive energy flowed,
We are quite the team!

New paddlers raced,
Erin, Debbie, Larry too,
Laura added strength.
